Returns
1. We do not offers returns for any customized slit, and bent materials and customized length products.
2. Products from stock may be returned by saleable condition which means that the products are in the same condition as when they were delivered, including if any, keeping protective coating. Products will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of delivery.
3. No returns for change of mind. We can accept returns with refund (by bank transfer only) or offer repair/replacement where:
i. The products are faulty or are not of acceptable quality, or
ii. The products are not fit for their intended purpose, and
iii. The products do not match order information on an accepted order.
4. Customer must accept to pay the cost for transportation of returned products to the Dynamic Steelform warehouse. We are more than happy to help you arrange transportation for but we will not be liable for any damage or loss during transportation or uploading returned products.
