Customer Service
1. Can I order online?
Yes, you can. We will send an invoice to you through email after you place an order.
2. Can you deliver to my area, and how much is the delivery fee?
We do deliveries to the Perth metro area. The delivery fee depends on how far you are from our warehouse
3. Can I order any length product for delivery to my area?
We can cut products to any length, but we currently only deliver products that are maximum 7.5m long
4. What are your payment options?
We accept transfer online, cash, EFTPOS, or bank card over the phone.
5. Can I change, cancel or return my order?
You can change or cancel your order before we start preparing your order. If your order is not a customised product, you can return the product if it is still in original condition
6. Do I have to provide my personal information?
Yes, we need your name, delivery address, phone number, and email address, which is required for contact and delivery
7. If I have questions about the product, who can help me?

8.When will I receive my order?
Depending on your order, it may take 1-5 business days
9. Do you have a minimum order amount?
We do not have a minimum order amount, however, there is a surcharge equal to 0.5m of sheeting when ordering under 10m of sheeting total. If you have any further queries, please fill in the Order Notes when making your purchase. We will respond to you when we send out the invoice
